If you have analyse blue chip of Malaysia, most investor will process lock profit / cut loss during down trend. If HLT limit down, Investor will alert on others goreng counters too. Same thing happen on blue chip counters. You can have a look on those blue chip counters, 80% of them down trend within a month. If blue chip also drop like that, when goreng counters going to down trend, u can think what will happen? Goreng chip not like blue chip, down trend space very big. Can be collapse anytime if those investors doing lock profit + cut lost in the same time.

Tomorrow another round limit down? Too much limit up stock these few months, finally has a limit down stock. Will it become a chain and affect other counters? This Covid pandemic cause economic recession worst than previous history. As I mentioned, bank won’t make much profits during these few month, Unless Maybank announce early retirement scheme to cut its cost.
The worst is coming on next year, non performing loan % is increasing on next year due to bankruptcy & unemployment % increase. You still believe that Maybank will give you good return? Investors no others share to invest which is better & lower risk than Maybank? To be honest, for Maybank royalty investors, you are hugging a time boom.
