Congratulation to those who invest and hold. Serba is a good stock and fantastic biz to own. Just be patient. Share price cannot forever go up, same goes to flattish. Most importantly, the profit must be growing and mgmt is working hard! They have one crown jewel that will be shinning next yr.

One last thing, i m quite sure a lot Insti Fund Manager are shaking now as they can't cut loss now. They will be hoping price stay here or further support it till start of next yr.

When you look at thevaluation, P/E over 20x. One must be thinking this co's growth rate must be 20% or more, but the reality is NOT. Insas has spend years of looking for biz, before Avago. If you know Insas owner, you wont have touch Inari. Again, we are looking at Inari from biz perspective, it does give a fantastic result over the years. Can it continue? Other competitors has catch up to Broadcom's FBAR biz.

i saw many ppl here still thinking to add Inari. First of all, one should check who is the ultimate owner before buying into this co. Second, what's their biz model? After that, you look at the valuation. Most of ppl here can't answer the first two, i think.

That's the problem with Inari. Single client risk. It's better to take the cut now before the insti guys sell. When it happens, it's gonna be painful!

If you r smart enough and look at the biz, you know Serba profit is growing even faster next yr!

Warrant is for speculator to play. If you have money, i think mother share is better. Mother share is not moving, due to heavy selling pressures by big boys. it doesn't mean the share is bad. It just that Big Boy hands r tied. Look at ASB dividend! They r forced to sell any shares that in profit to meet dividend for next yr!

On another note, i think your profit guidance are too prudent. Given the product mix, your blended margin should be a lot higher! Hope you can come back on this.

My advice is to collect as much as you can now. It will rally in Jan.

Based on the guidance, it looks impressive. If it's EMS and Auto that contribute to the extra RM100mil, net profit will be very good.

Wait for the quarter briefing first. Btw, it's not the mgmt job to stabilise the price. We have to appreciate that the mgmt himself is willing to share the info here. I have dealt with a lot of listed co mgmt. If you re not big fund PM, they wont even want to look at you. If you re from EPF or PNB, they will quickly come and cosy with you!

It's now or never for big funds to sell and realise profits. If you think they re purposely to push down for next quarter, it's maybe true as well. Protect the profit first and stay at sideline. If it dip in December, then you can go in buy again.
