Haida123, you are right, for bonus to mom, son will also be given same number of warrants as bonus to mom. For dividend or special dividend to mom, son will get nothing, that is the main disadvantage for holding son. But before you buy son, you must know the conversion price and mature date. Don't simply buy. You buy mom, you are shareholder of the company and can attend AGM and vote. You buy son, you are not shareholder of the company.

I am also holding both mom and son shares and I'll keep both. If tomorrow mom continues moving up and son not going up, I plan to top up son. To me it looks more like big sharks are blocking son's price from going up to collect these 2 days. Based on the info in the Annual Report, Abdul Manaf bin Shariff is currently the fifth largest shareholder of Dnex holding 66,054,682 or 3.81% shares before the new acquisition. So you see the management staff of Dnex and its subsidiaries have full confidence in Dnex. A very good sign.

Dnex's profit doesn't depend on Censof, but Censof's profit depends on Dnex. Censof now only hold about 17% of Dnex, so Dnex is not a subsidiary of Censof and Censof is not the mother ship of Dnex. How Censof performs doesn't affect Dnex. How Dnex performs may affect Censof.

Many Bursa staff also making money from Dnex & son. They may not issue UMA to Dnex if they want share Dnex price continues going up.

Surewin123, No worry lah.. there is no many insider moves. So far only 2 big transactions done in Aug, first transaction is Executive Director, Azman sold 130 mil shares to MD, Zainal Abidin on 10 Aug. and now Zainal just transfers the purchased shares to a different account also owned by him. The other big transaction is Censof disposed off 11.861 shares on 13 Aug. The shares disposed off by Deputy Chairman Samsui on 13 Aug is the same shares disposed off by Censof. Samsui is the big boss of Censof and Dnex shares held by Censof is somehow registered under Samsui's name (not sure why).

Friends. be humble like the MD and be realistic in your TP. Don't dream so much.

Interesting history for Time Engineering. But the whole management team (Board of Directors) has changed after it restructured and renamed as Dnex. So Time Engineering's history won't repeat in Dnex. @ SHQuah, I agree with you son can't go up much if mom stay below 0.50. More and more investors realize son is expensive (if not overprice) compare with mom.

Dnex is a counter we are sure of making money if we can hold for medium or long term.

If you check the past trading records, Dnex & son usually don't perform well on Friday So I don't expect them to do well today. If they can close flat I am happy. Hope this Friday is different. Cheers.

Yesterday both crude oil WTI and Brent oil prices dropped so sharply, Dnex & son surprising still doing well today. The clearly shows that many investors still have good confidence and interest in Dnex. Those who expect Dnex price to drop to very low level in this round's correction will be disappointed. Never belief in CIMB research reports, their analysts are not sincere in their studies and reports. Just look at what they have reported on Vovocom, the target price they have set for Vivocom, and now what is the Vivocom price.

Nigel Low, for an ambitious MD like Zainal, it doesn't really make sense if he only aim for Dnex's share price to increase 20-25% in 3-4 years. He might as well stay put in Malakoff or Exxon Mobile, why joining Dnex. Zainal did mention in his interview with BFM in Dec 2015 when asked by interviewer, the mainly reason he choose to leave big international companies like Malakoff and Exxon Mobil to join a relatively small company like Dnex is that, he think a smaller company has a bigger potential and easier to growth into a big international company. So after listening to with Interview, you know how ambitious he is. Cheers.

Son's vol is lower than mom's vol, this is a good sign. Son's vol will catch up later in the day probably with a push.

I tend to think what the MD means when he mentioned 1 bil is annual revenue or turnover. It doesn't make much sense for a fast growing and expanding company like Dnex, the MD only aim for share price to go up about 20% in 3 years plus. If this year our market is extremely bullish like what many analysts (expects) have predicted, in 3-6 months, I expected Dnex share price to go to 0.60 (> 1 bil market capital). If you check the past record, the revenue for 2016 is about 180 mil, an increase of about 90% from the year 2015. For a fast growing company like Dnex, if it can achieve revenue growth of more than 50% every year, in 3-4 years, it is possible for revenue to go up to 1 bil in 2020, why not? Anyway, someone can clarify with the MD during the AGM.
