PE now at 3+...if next year ASP n net profit drops 50% then PE 7+ if 2023 ASP n net profit drops another 50% then PE at 15....

He entered earlier in Mac 2020 so did make some good profit initially...but the later batch at higher prices (maybe RM9+ RM8+ Rm7+ RM6+) and not sure how much he bought all the way down
