If i am TF, i will declare the special dividend at the end of year and payout on 2019. It lets the price shoot up and can be listed as one of KLCI index for next year.

JN88: i am holding it eventhough it up and down. Just curious where did everyone get the 80 cents special dividend news. I only can find in the sales proposal saying it will distribute PORTION of the cash.

Worry price dropping will force KYY to force selling and futher press the price lower.

Whole ESOS scheme is going to end on 28 May 2018. Hopefully there is no more instant profit taking from employees and price can go up

38.44% return is compounded return or average simple return?

Price to NTA is hitting 1.363 ratio which is at very low ratio compare with previous. Didn't worry much on the dropping price.

Good that it is dropping so that we can accumulate more before ex-date.

I am just wonder how difficult for them to decide on the warrant conversion price?

I think it should be around RM 1.92 for new revise exercise price. RM 2.40 / 5 *4 = RM 1.92

I called to registrar just now regarding the warrant exercise price. They still don't know what is the revise exercise price. So have to wait for announcement in Bursa Malaysia.

It is not the proportion of USD/MYR to share price. It is how much strengthening of MYR/USR affect the bottomline. If USD/MYR drop from 4.30 to 4.00 then bottomline will be affected 33%.

Yes. Agree. Don't think ESOS is a good way to encourage employees. I prefer they give bonus directly to them who perform well.

I am quite agree with apolloang. The result and price increased are very much different. It takes time for result to catch up the price. Always becareful. Don't catch at high price.


apolloang what!!!! profit increase less than 10% this quarter,whole year increase less than 20%,but since dec the price up more than 80%....price up not in tandem with the results.

The result is almost same as last year 1st quarter. So I didn't see any 'profit jump'. But cannot deny that result is good.

Keith Han replied me on 21/08/2017 23:50 saying result come out today but didn't see it.

Should be RM 1.92. Number of warrant will increase as well.

There were huge Capex on Year 2005 (117.8 millions) and Year 2006 (125.4 millions). The depreciation should be ended in year 2016. In FY17 1st Quarter, depreciation expense is lesser than last year 1.2 millions. So, estimate can save about 5 millions (for whole year) depreciation expenses. (PAT shall increase 5 millions accordingly.)
