The BIG word IF QA is approved, the warrant is gonna shoot through the roof and mother share will drop.

But if QA not approved, 0.005 is where the warrant gonna be.

Looks like much higher chance for this QA to go thru .... since lots of work has been done (buying out yield investors etc etc)and lesson learned from previous failed SPAC.
