So if you r not confident tht AA gonna start giving out dividend anytime before the next 4 yrs, then buy LA. If otherwise buy LA n convert to mother share, get the price diff + dividend right.

What NRP phase 1 remain in force till the conditions met? Is that how they run a country? What is actually in their mind?
