Finally SC put a cap on RI with not more than a 30% discount to the theoretical ex-rights price on these newly issued shares or units.

deMusangking, many attacked OTB and myself here in this forum, accusing me of selling snake oil. That is why I had to move to a private chat against my wish which is to share info to greater public.
