Since FINTEC already bought up seacera and focus in huge quantities don't you think after Netx employees have exercised their cheap esos Fintec might also start buying up Netx?

Employee holding the shares is a common practice by a company. In fact, nothing great about it. It could be the dilution of shares , therefore instead of 3rd party buying over, they offer to employees lor. But how many employees buying the shares? Thru what schemes? Purpose behind it..

The part which is important and attract people to buy the NETX shares is the company prove to have business coming in OR the profit is there every quarter, OR the company have political-business-back-business linked with the gov.

Yeahlah, 2 cents NETX is deemed cheap but cheap doesn't mean good. What is the deep value of Netx?

Frankly, no idea why Fintec bought Netx last year and they did it after announcing the company bad result. Maybe it will go up, who knows....but it will be a few years time or this year, so nobody knows.

U already wet your feet onto Netx, therefore I don't want to give negative comment.

100,000 lots , u can buy (1 share for 3 RI) 3 RI x 100,000 ( u be offered but you can reject/ignore if you don't want)

If 1 RI is 5 cts (as perinformed-later I check) , u need to pay another RM 15,000

on top, u get 2 warrants FREE ( I dunno the warrant $ yet) but assume is 2 cents,
200,000 x 2 cts= RM4000 if FREE

Your 100,000 shares of 5 cts = 5000
RI= 15,000
total: 20,000 minus 4000 free warrant = 16,000

If you sell the warrant, and keep the 400,000 shares ( 100,000 + 300,000= 400k lots) you each share is only 4 cts.
