The private placements and KHEESAN already good enough to safe LBB. Question is, they willing to go thru Pn17 to reorganize loan structure than dealing directly with Nova.

Sorry for my late reply. I'd been on travel. I'm sorry as I didn't expected LBB to default their loans based on Bursa news yesterday. The Private placements that they have done few times earlier this year,in fact should be meant for settlement of the bank loans in order to par down the loans and interested accrued and for company working capital as stated in Bursa reply by LBB.

It looks like the negotiation in between LBB and NC Bank wasn't a friendly one. Usually they will negotiate a few times to ensure a better structural loans repayment. Where has it gone wrong over here?

Question is if there is a chance to turnaround for LBB.

Gain from Focus will reflect into Fintec share price. But are Fintec willing to sell Focus then? Only when gain is transacted, then only it's a capital gain. Share price of Fintec will move. After all Zouk no more in radar.

Need to find what is the ground arrangement AND turnaround potential for this company.

123456, their 2 largest customers are having the credit terms and contribute to larger trade receivables. Based on report, these 2 large clients have good faith and trust by LBB, there fore they aren't worry they won't be able to collect back the money.

Of course, I despised company that have such huge debts borrowing which isn't good for the cash flow. Besides, they should have allocated some liquidity for cash flows instead of keep borrowing.

Nova Scotia loans, they MUST make way to settle it.

After impairment done for EAH, I’m expecting the company to adjust on the share price. At current, there isn’t any transaction on this stock. At 0.01, I think is the bottom.

ICT business is going to go off from EAH. The transformation of EAH to become F&B because earning are from Volante. So far, profit from Volante is better than other main businesses in EAH.

I will, buy at 0.01 and at 0.015 is still ok. Can’t see any lower than the current.
