CEO resign is not a problem for Tropicana in fact can save cost which is good for shareholders. CEO is needed to improve company sales and share price. We have Ung Lay Ting as SGM for marketing and sales.

If really nobody buy can I privatise Tropicana at 98sen? Any supporters?

Going forward Tropicana degearing exercise will reduce interest expense as well bring profit which shareholders will be rewarded through dividend.

Interim dividend is 5 sen ex-date 9th Dec. There is another final dividend at least 2 sen because all land disposals yet to be booked in 3rd qtr.

Add today 88-89sen.
