There is still a shortage this year and next. China still needs to get the natural resources for Gloves from SEA. It is not like Chips. ASP will go down but will stabilize next year with price-fixing at a certain price where all businesses will know what to sell to make money. Also, all gloves companies will certainly make more money than Pre-Pan. Gloves are oversold.

it is a waiting time to buy... really oversold... ASP pre pandemic price is just a prediction. That depends on how much shortage gloves will have next year. I think it will have a certain demand due to the long term Covid effect.

Sure Calvin... it is Far from Over... Gloves demand might be down but certainly Not to Pre-pan level. The prices on all gloves counters are at Pre Pan level now..so risk is very low. Also, you are Talking about China. China does not buy gloves from Malaysia and so secretive. Neither does US. So... it is subjective. The PA is negative but it will rebound somehow. Everything has a price and at the price, it's cheap... like buying a Merc at Proton price. Let's see how low this goes, I consider this investment LT now..only paperless. Don't need the money now. FA is still good and the earnings will stabilize next year...hopefully will up slowly. At this P/E, even at 10 times less sales, it is still under 20.

Drop already factored in long ago... Now it is Pre Pan level... really a terrible investment. Alot of people lose money in Gloves this year. I think it will take a while to recover. Hopefully can see some positive news soon. LT investment it is. FA is still great and a bargain now.

This falls together with Carepls, Rubberex... just brutal... Might be a buying opportunity if got bullets and don't mind the short term paperlost... Either way, it is just Terrible sentiment. Have to have strong heart or don't look at it for the next 6 months. FA still good.

Ya, P/E of less than 2 now. Even if the sales drop by half, the P/E is still 4 at this rock bottom price. Compared to most counters, it is just ridiculous... Earnings are 10X more than most...

Yes, all gloves are really cheap. Risk is also low.. down a few cents now... However, i think this stuck position will be a while... which gives us more time to reload for new bullets. P/E of 1.7 will be forever. That is ridiculous comparing to Tech which flies to high heaven with only 10% of what gloves can earn. WTF

Started Buying a few lots now… I think the reversals are near now that 1 IB start to talk higher PA in supermx… Gloves might see another crazy uptick as this COVID thing is a LT…

Ya thlim... it also seems like it won't go down. The main reason for the slow movement is the lack of IB funds to buy in. It is all about the big money. Now the big money in Tech at crazy high price. Also, as with ALL counters, it is cyclical. Things might come around for gloves. Have to wait for the bad sentiment to clear. Nothing will stay depress when the company is making good crazy money. Like I said, all counters only wish they can make half of what gloves can...

Stockraider, yes, you can get into (start) Any business if you got money. Like Apple to make cars. Just don't think it is that easy to be successful in the long term. To enter into any business is only 1% as anyone can start any business with some money... but to continue running it successfully is 99%. TG already said 70-80% of the gloves startups will fail in the next few years...that is speaking from experience and they are right.. as I have personally experienced the same. Talk is easy...when you do it... it is harder than Sh!t.

stockraider, mahsing was producing plastic bottles before.. they have experience in manufacturing lah. Entry looks easy but as with all businesses, it is the continuation of the business is hard. There are suppliers, raw materials domination, staff issues, buyers trust and government permits etc... Talk is easy. In tech, not ALL are difficult entry unless you have patents like Apple, Microsoft and Oracle etc.. If got money, any company can get into any business and that includes Tech. Malaysian tech is Nothing High Tech and most just manufacture chips based on designs from western countries. With the current chip shortage, all countries especially China, US, EU, Korea and Taiwan are ramping up production 24/7 and guess how long the shortage will last. It will be like Gloves probably worse as the natural ingredient for Chip is Sand... not rubber trees. Anyway, gloves companies' intrinsic values are 30-50% of the share caps now due to the sell down. That is ridiculously cheap considering they will continue to make money selling more gloves in the next few years or as long as Covid is spreading.
