If the company can show steady progress of incoming projects won, excuuted and most importantly all dues collected than I don't see any reasons why the price cannot go up.
But if the company keep playing around with PP, RI, Bonus issues, accumulating projects by 2-3B that cannot be fullfilled and not coming out proper to say where has all the profits gone than.....
Anyone is free to make their own decision.
