The way Halim is disposing his shares slowly shows he himself doesn't have any confidence.
He came into this company with MELL is to swindle money from the market.

The best thing can be done is to ask our Economy Ministry whether Sumatec is really involved digging oil or still being listed dragging their regularisation program without any basis until this stock becomes redundant wasting people's investment.

Majority get listed here is because to gain some money to move forward as a company towards betterment (maybe Maim Board).
But majority or almost all these companies after listing in ACE market play with sharks and volume but not moving the company forward!

The huge nett profits collected in 1st 3 quarters of 2016, couldn't have been from 2015 prejects since nothing much was rolled out during that time (2015).
Most of the 2-3B projects only started in 2016-2017.
So, how was profits generated earlier?

What's mind boggling!
This company's best nett profits were in the 1st 3 quarters of 2016.
When just started announcing all Mega projects for 2 years forward (2016-2018).
How did they collect this money earlier and what happened to these profits since many projects canceled?

Question mark.
By keep delaying receivables every Q raises a question.
Whether money collected is being siphoned out without shareholders knowledge for own individual benefits?

For this company share to move up from 0.035, must need to have solid future projects coming in and to be announced.
Also projects secured must be seen that it can take off and receivables can be collected on time!
If this is not the case than let's look back at their modus operandi for the last 2 years.
1) Announced projects like nobody's business 2-3B.
2) Directors came out aggressively promoting to Retailers in investment media (BFM radio and Bloomberg) that you're investing in a good company.
3) Announced bonus issues by saying 'Rewarding Share Holder's.
4) Thereafter, share price headed south, more projects were cancelled (so called went back to the drawing board) and cannot collect payment for projects done.
This is the history of this company.

The only downside about this counter @ 0.03-0.035.
Cheap.
Which can start a new play to whom are unaware about this company.
For those whom are aware, they'll no longer jump in buying.
Unless greedy and want to try luck.
Now the bulk of 5B shares are with the company Directors and SHARKS.
Let them play from one hand to another.
Because there's no concrete reasons for this stock to move upwards.
