This is what company's like Vivocom take advantage of ACE MARKET to be listed than use SHARKS to play to make money from Retailers for them and family members to be enriched!

Why I mentioned earlier the company Directors and their sharks are stuck!
1) They hardly have any new projects coming up to show good Q results in coming Quarters (besides Receivables pending) and years to come.
2) The company is hammered by their own greed of swindling Retailers for paying to run projects but didn't respect them to return the favour to invest.

So, after this, is this company still going to get projects for Prima1 or even DBKL's housing projects?
ECRL or HSR?
Hmmm. KB AIRPORT?
What Con story are they going to come out during AGM?

Facts.. oversupply of Prima1 housing projects. Simply the earlier government build but didn't reach the low/mid income group to buy.
Can you imagine, Prima1 project at certain locations can have 500K-7500 units, hardly sold off!

This company Directors needs to come out and talk.
No need announcing fiction stories to Bursa like having collaboration with CRCC, CREC or Big Hong Kong Construction company.
We all know after announcing, nothing materialized!

Whomever still holding this company share, we need to face the reality on what has happened with this company at present.
At today's price @ 0.06, I cannot argue with their manipulation.
If this company can come out of their cocoon in coming years will be a blessing.

How much were they involved in the last government to get those Prima house projects?
Are they still going to get?
As we know at present the new Government is looking at over supply of these category.
Than, we're there any political help this company got securing PRIMA projects?

2nd, let them run their AGM next month.

Also. Need to ascertain how many total active projects are on hand and what are the future profit contributions are these going to give on average every quater.

Vivocom as earlier was a good company to invest with almost 3B projects in hand.
But as usual the company Directors got greedy.
Didn't want to take care of shareholders (Retailers especially), but decided to swindle the profits they made and along the way using Sharks to manipulate the share price!
Plus introduced Private Placement which didn't get that far or till today no ones for What?

No money to run projects, go borrow from the Banks and show how you run and collect back profits to all shareholders every quarter.
No need RI (Rights Issues).
With RI, this company will think money is Free and start manipulating as they wish.

Hope with the new Government there'll be more scrutinizing company's like Vivocom to address shareholders every quarter on what's happening with the company.

There's nothing much to bother about this company with CREC.
Many projects with them didn't materialise and many went back to the drawing board. No one really knows what's happening with this company partnership with any Chinese related companies as they're very transparent and update their shareholders very often.
The company should stop taking retailers for a ride and thinking we're fool's to keep supporting their manipulation to date.
