Come to think about the bonus issue the gave out to reward shareholders, I think it was more for the sharks to play and manipulate. It's all a calculated move by the owners.

Being listed is also the management's/Directors responsibility to make sure their share price is on a steady parth to attract more people to invest and hold on to.
Unless this company is not making profits and always in the red than I understand why anyone shouldn't buy.

By right, if you've been continuously making a decent profit every quarter, this stock should be going up not reverse down so much.

There's a reason why in the first place you want your company to be listed. Initially it's about getting the capital you want for the purpose of expansion without much borrowings from banks.
So, at first you desperately need shareholders to buy in.
Once When doing well and expanding, these shareholders mostly are ignored, not properly updated and these Directors are the first to take home profits.

Anything can happen when shark-Directors play is involved.
