For this company Directors it doesn't matter what their share price is in Bursa as long they can take back profits for themselves (See why even profits made no dividends).
It's all about they have insiders in getting government jobs in Billions for the future.

If CNQC comes on board, it's fantastic for the future.
If don't come than we just need to move forward.
The present price around 0.12-0.13 is taken into account without CNQC coming on board.

With 2B projects in hand still want to push price down?

It's irrelevant anymore who's right or wrong over here.
End of the day it's your money either gain or loose.
Bare in mind the last time this company was reprimanded by Bursa for leaking inside information to IB before announcement.
So, they might be careful with CNQC.

Anything can happen with this counter. The last time it rallied, it dropped around 0.03 (if not mistaken) in the morning session before moving up. So, it's anyone's guess what will happen with sharks play.

Today, whether CNQC comes on board or not, is not the main issue.
If not on board, is this company even bothered to move forward with new contracts coming in plus being more transparent in what they're going to do? If not, just play along with their SHARKS!

When Dr. Yeo was around, he was the main person in getting in CRCC projects for Vivocom. Thereafter, there were projects connected to CRCC either didn't go through or back to the drawing board.
Today, besides KB Airport tender (jointly with Chinese Company), no one is very sure how strong is their relationship in moving forward.
This is the problem when don't update shareholders. Too much of speculations on what's happening.

The thing is CNQC is in talks with Vivocon if not they wouldn't have made any announcement in Hong Kong Stock Ex regarding the extension.
Whether the final share swap happens is a always a question.
If happens by 25/1, no one will know how shark play.
If doesn't happen also we'll not know how cap ayam sharks will play thereafter (present price should have factored in if CNQC doesn't happen).

Anyway, this company has already got a bad reputation in I3forum.
Don't think any new retailers wants to waste time investing here.

If this company with or without CNQC coming on board wants to stay @ 0.14 all the way, by all means the Directors can sit with their Sharks and play 0.005-0.01 profit making up-down the whole year.
(It doesn't make sense with 2B projects in hand and many more coming in for this company).
So, it's really up to the company where they want to be.

The problem why people are stuck here today didn't get out earlier was because of the aggressive con promotion the company Directors did more than a year ago.
