As a listed company they should look after shareholders first.
This company should change their style.

Understand if a company which is going on a loss every quarter than the price going down. What don't understand is this company in the ACE market making a decent profit but cannot go up. One year plus is too long. I wouldn't blame anyone thinking that it's being manipulated.

There's news today that a big consortium from China is bidding for HSR which also includes CRCC (Malaysiakini).
Long way to go until mid 2018.
But no news from this company whether they're still collaborating with CRCC in future projects?

I talk a lot about this company.
If they're not interested in paying back shareholders than take it private!
I don't want to know their stupid stories anymore who's coming on board unless their prepared to share their profits.

The first thing that should come into the minds of Public listed companies is how to repay back shareholders whom are supporting them and started the IPO platform for them to move forward.
But today, being listed (2nd liners), most of them become a speculators play.
Directors and sharks gain on behalf of retailers.

As mentioned by the Director, CNQC is supposed to sign for the final share swap by year end (another 4 working calendar days).
Whether this is going to happen is a question mark.
Moving forward, what if CNQC doesn't come on board?
Where exactly is this company going to move in terms of being listed as a Public listed Company?
So, be prepared for anything.
The problem of not being transparent and siphoning out (most likely)the profits.
