Why this company so scared to announce CNQC coming aboard?

Supporters today.
Many bought this company shares at peak be last year because the company Directors came out encouraging to invest in their shares.
Thereafter, the Directors go missing.
What and how to trust?
CNQC? Hmmmm. Wait loh!

Don't understand what long term investment means?
Can supporters over here please explain.
Isn't 1.5 years ago buying this company share wasn't a long term investment?

Fundamental?

Many buying or bought around 0.125-0.13 is all about speculation.
If not than why buy?

Vivo problem is Directors manipulate.
Why does a company which is making millions in profits scared to share with their shareholders?
If profits are for reinvestment, than come out and talk to your shareholders!

I'm whacking this company for the way they came out enticing retailers to buy their shares when it was going up only to manipulate the price down till 0.115.
This is how the Directors rewarded their shareholders (go check their last year interviews with BFM and Bloomberg news).

Difficult to predict this company as they're not transparent. I understand if a company price shoots up till 0.37 and make a small correction to stabilise but this one can drop until 0.115, what kind of correction is this?
I also don't know how to support if these kind of thing can happen even when you're making a decent profit.

If the company is really intending to change and to be a more transparent one among their investors than it's more of wait and see game.
1) CNQC coming on board.
2) Transfer to MB.
If the above happens than great. Don't worry no one is going to be left behind because they didn't buy (as many over here already acknowledged holding).
If the above doesn't materialise than..... (can make your own assumptions).

It doesn't mean someone writes something positive of a company is always correct and vice versa.
It's also not anyone's fault over here to write anything negative as the company's reputation of reversing many earlier made statements supersedes with what's really happening.
