They are masters in channeling profit back into the company to expand their portfolio. @sardine will say, chef dont want to serve half cooked food. I say chef want to eat untill cannot eat, then only serve to customer.

@sardine81. I think armada is popular because they have alot of money to do new projects and turn around the company.

On other hand KNM has no money to start new projects. That's why Petersburg still hanging. If government award big project to knm/borsig also no use, because knm dont have enough funds to start.

So knm is taking up all the small jobs to accumulate cash. Wheas armada is doing big jobs. So armada is popular now and Knm's turn might come later.

Doesn't mean knm get job is good, end of the day the project must be profitable.

For me, both knm n armada is making money. Both uptrend so why the fuss. End of the day,,,,,duit masuk pocket.

Looks like only Mr.lee is buying knm shares. Only when he buys the price goes up. Because I dont see any new substantial shareholder in the top 30/10 list. So only the ceo n his wife buying. This is not healthy. Everytime the price breaks resistance level, it's always lee buying.

Cronies exist everywhere.. the fact that so many companies around the world abandoned their own cronies in favour of KNM to do projects for them already tell you that there is something that their cronies cant produce, there is something very special inside KNM. That is the KNM/BORSIG World Class German Engineering. Even if there is no cronyism in their countries, common sense will tell you that they should give the projects to their own local companies, easier to deal with and cheaper also... BUT still, they choose KNM/BORSIG instead for the proven German Engineering.

If you want a cleaner MAB
1. FIRE all the shitheads from MAB
2. Detach MAB from local politics
3. Kick out all their existing suppliers, call for new open tenders
4. Khazanah to pay up all the MAHB debts and AA to pay up all AAX debts from own pocket.
5. Khazanah to sell off their majority stake in MAB, float the shares in the market.
6. Do flight sharing with AAX and fly new routes. Old routes not making money.
7. Make kamaruddin chairman n tony ceo. Fire the current board. They are useless, already bail out few times. Billions of rakyat money burnt. The mat salleh CEO also cannot tahan and runaway!.

I bet not even one of the above will happen. They will try to do a marriage of convince and fcuk-up both the companies.

Intel and AMD is linked with other technology companies like dell,apple,Lenovo, Motorola etc etc... and they are supplying to semi consumer related industry. I dont see a link between them and KNM.

Cannot compare DAYANG price n KNM. dayang has 964million shares only, KNM has 2.6billion shares. The EPS for same nett profit will be different..

@sardine. Everything you say is good, correct and make sense. But Inorder for the share price to hit RM 1 or RM3, they must declare higher profit. If continue to pump back everything into the company, then the share price will remain stagnant. We need higher EPS. Cannot do like borsig zm, pump back everything into company, make 2600% profit, shareprice no movement. You get my point? So it's back to the management!

I already check on BORSIG, it's not just a good company, it's a GREAT company!

@bhullar nothing to highlight here. Confirm Tax fraud. Many listed companies do this. This CEO also not good guy, he push the price low to buy all for himself and take the company private. I think he tried 2 times. Finally when the price was too low, his plan backfired.

@sardine if hostile take over and delisting from klse. Then the minority shareholders like us, must take the offer from the majority shareholder right. Do we stand to lose in the long run if the above scenario happens?

@sardine... my speculation again. Maybe the Russians bought Knm shares at 0.07 to 0.10. Lets say 400million shares. Sold all at 0.40. Roughly make RM120mil. Then use the money to buy ZM. Then price went down to 33sen, so the Russians buy again at huge volumes.. so now, not only they bought ZM with our money, the also hold huge volume at 33sen.

@bojed...* hiding 400mil shares is easy, you only have to be less than 5% and you have to be less than the 30th top share holder. So with 100cds account, this can be achieved easily.
