what is misleading, All robots needs some kind of programming before it can work on your products. Dont tell me out of the box your robot can handle products of different shapes and sizes by its own ? Be it CNC or robot at car assembly or the one they use at BORSIG,,, all needs programming for different jobs. What is misleading is you.

Borsig will not ba able to program the CLOOS, because it's a custom made solution, tailor made for your needs. So to say Borsig engineers will program the welding Robot , IS NOT TRUE. Installation, programming, commissioning, fine tuning will all be done by Qurix.

Dear @paktua,...this is from wikipedia...it states company history. That doesnt make BORSIG a world class engineering company.

FYI. @@sardine81 already gave the answer, you cannot find any listing because BORSIG is being inactive (dormant)

This is where I get upset. CLOOS WELDING ROBOT from Qurix is a tailor made robot solution for welding. This is not a modular unit, where the client(borsig) need to program. This is not a CNC machine for clients to program the tooling.

it is about BORSIG using this particular robot to do their welding works. Just to show you guys BORSIG is also using modern technologies in their production to achieve high quality end products. 

Although the robotic system is not made by them, they still need to know how program the robotic system to work in their production.

There is alot of ways for GLC to secure loan. They dont have to be profitable. They can use the company shares as collateral and secure a loan, even if they are in the RED.

A very good example is BORSIG itself. The entire share was pledged to bank to secure euro220 million loan. During this time KNM was still RED. So although they dont trust the Son, they still give because of collateral security.

Technically BORSIG belongs to the bank, untill loan is settled.

@this is not the time to buy. Wait for the investigation to start. Then can decide. MACC + MAVCOM + SC +BURSA + OVERSEAS , all still ongoing....

@mabel, end of 2019, we have so many good news from KNM. Almost every month got contract but that failed to sustain the price movement. I think we need super solid QR profits. Not just peanut 10M or 20M. So the stock price will slowly trail upwards, no need to spike up....

While its trailing up, then the next QR will be a boost! probably a mini jump in price. Then the third QR and so on. Of-course some dividend and bonus issues will sustain the price at a certain level.

Right now, i think the directors are playing a game and maybe, i say maybe again - ppl in this forum are supporting the price will all this high hopes for RM3.

We definitely need dividends to attract big players( they sustain the price). How many of us can hold 200million shares and keep it for 5 or 10 years? maybe @sardine @paktua @mabel.... :)

Bottom line, if you ask me NEWS or QR................ill go for QR!!! in between is all noise

When I saw lee buying, I thought it wont go down any lower....I bought huge chunks but never did I expect the price to spike up late afternoon. Happy new year started for me atleast.
