@Ganurianz.. your optimism is appreciated... but dark clouds will hang over oil related stocks for a while...hopefully will blow over soon.

Cheap crude may be beneficial for refining biz but not beneficial for share price... which is evident.
After reading on crude oil articles..it really looks very gloomy..crude oil could retreat to US$35... how much will HY be if it happens? It could fall to RM4.50 and below? Never imagined could go below my entry price...but very attractive to add more and bring my average down...and wait for bigger profits when oil price recovers.

Your wish could be granted really soon...maybe below 40 too... then time to buy more..below RM5.

Having said that...the reason for my optimism is that there are still 2 more QRs (Q2 & Q3) to be reported this year. These could be the catalysts to drive the price up to 0.74 min/max. The last QR was when we saw 0.69 peak. In the end, please analyse the stock and make your independent decision ok. Good luck THIAN

@ThianVN...that's my personal confidence with this stock but when it'll hit that 0.74 tp no one knows frankly..0.74 is just what the analysts feel is fair price for Dnex....unless you're planning to invest long term...u better consider carefully before entering.

Oil price is very sensitive from supply glut datas recently...any data showing massive inventory surplus from anywhere will send oil price plunging very quickly. It may even be possible that oil price could fall to
US$40 or below after reading oil related articles...quite gloomy really. BUT FOR LONG TERM INVESTORS, any price weakness in Dnex is good time to accumulate more. But being a Dnex Faithful, I hope it will only be going up from now...don't look back.

HY is attempting to put an anchor above RM6 but capitulated from profit taking and bad news from plunging oil prices...so it will be a while yet before HY will have a firm foot on RM6 and above.

The supply glut issue will pop up throughout this year as OPEC is trying to find a balance to jack up oil price..but the wild cards...in the form of US shale oil and some non OPEC members, like Libya and Nigeria...are continuing to increase output...till demand catches up and cause a higher draw down of oil inventory...we won't be seeing US50 oil any time soon..so have to be patient with this HY price volatility as a result.

Now it's even clearer that perhaps the peak of 0.69 already factored in all the good news before retail investors chase the stock... but it is still ridiculous for Dnex to be priced below 0.60.. looks like the next big hike will be closer to QR2...but will it drop a lot again after that...hindering it's progress to a higher tp.

You'll have to do your own research.. dun blame others..
Besides, you only have seen one chapter of the book... you can't make a judgement until you've seen it all.

Maybe you better stay on the sideline to observe...When oil price moves up again, does this share drop or rise? When oil price reaches RM50...what is HY price..observe ok. Cheers.

1),Entry point may look expensive now, but few months and years down the road, you'll be making good money..but again, only if you're investing long term..I must stress.
2) oil price is currently low.. so u have a chance to buy at lower price, if oil price has been rising instead of falling, you can't buy at current price levels..
Conclusion, if you're a short term investor looking for immediate gains, the timing is against your favour now..when investing,
low price could be high and high price could be low..
I bought HY below RM5.00 a couple of months back..now I'm making good $$ but I am a long term investor...my tp is above RM10.

Today could be a lacklustre trading day for Dnex...could be flat or retreat a little more... there isn't any feel good factor to drive the stock up..just my guess though.

Could rebound in the afternoon and close unchanged as oil price will rebound too.

No hurry...Next QR is in August..the next big push may be in July....meanwhile, rise one cent per week also ok.
