Hibiscus is not that closely tight to brent price actually, it is in major long term trend line not not day to day fluctuation. As anasuria offload once per quarter so all tgese day up day down will not tell what price it actually sell

PBB give TP 1.08, DBS give TP 1.48 when oil price is around 60~65USD.
Now is 70~72, oil price up almost 10%.
People excited when see oil price up 5 to 6 usd, panic when oil price drops by 50-60c.


Anyway, we should really concern is the API report on every wednesday. that will really see where the oil price will head to.
But for me 70usd is a really comfortable range for Hibiscus. I dont really think it will break 75 or 80 that easily.
Unless the drawdown is big this wednesday, then may drive crude oil to the sky. But unlikely as we see increase in oil rig, so shale oil production must be high as well

Too hard to guess what OPEC will do after their upcoming meeting in May. Maybe they will continue restrain or they open production for the recent good crude oil market.

But the current 72USD brent a bit unstable and mainly pushed up because of political issue rather than high demand. And shale oil is on full blast now with oil price so high. So most likely OPEC will still continue to restrain i believed till aramco IPO. Cannot imagine if opec wanna open the choke, the the oil price market will really in panic mode

What my point to bring out here is that people chase high at sapura becoz of something in future which will burn lot of their capex before see any return in revenue. And especially sapura is in high debt, and now borrow more debt just to develop the field.
