From what I gather, China is only opening inbound for tourists.
Outbound is only open for business, schooling or other specific purpose.
However, some media is not exactly putting this very clearly, or even outright saying outbound tourists are allowed
If anyone has official media saying outbound for tourist is open, please help to share.

I'm sure there would be illegal outflow if outbound is not yet open
Or could be some businessmen decide to take punt at highlands while on business trip

Genting performance has been pathetic, one of my worst performing considering the time
LKT is happily chewing away company earnings via RPT after RPT, not to mention you're paying his super high salary (relative to the world)
