Basically you buy GenM if you don't want to be bombarded with wide array of businesses in Genting Bhd.
GenM also has better dividend yield in the past.

Genting has widely spread holdings in GenS, GenP, RWLV and many other businesses, which have good future prospects currently. It also has exposure to life sciences, O&G, and will definitely own a pie if they manage to bid for Yokohama casino. All these are what GenM doesn't have
