Traditional casino biz is already saturated all over the world

Hence we have casinos built around other attractions, such as Genting Highlands with its resorts and theme parks, Genting Singapore with Universal studios+waterpark. Yokohama is certainly another example with IR concept.

If Genting's plans go as planned, I don't agree RWLV is not exciting since they are targeting 75% non-gaming revenue. There's risk of it not going as planned, but I don't have the clear big picture on prospects, especially with the "Boring" tunnel connecting nearby convention center.
Perhaps those with better knowledge can tell if their casino competitor in LV also have some form of IR.

On NY casino, its more like a bonus to Genting's biz to me, same reasoning of it being traditional casino as far as I know. I didn't hear anything about connected IR for NY.

On a same note, I'm also not super bullish on the Mashpee tribe biz other than the one-off reversal.

We're not oblivious to negative news. Market corrections are absolutely normal on the way to recovery. We might even visit rm4 again if sentiment turns really sour. The previous US market surge took 3 years to reach a new high, with few major corrections in between.

One point which I don't know if I'm wrong or otherwise, is that I read that the shares being pledged were of GenHK shares itself, not GenM/GenT/GenS/GenP shares. However, on and off people posting GenT/GenM shares being force sold during red days. Huh?

I do know this, that If any default, it would directly affect GenHK share price. The largest shareholder (or any shareholder) of any counter is not liable to any indebtedness unless he still wants to keep the company (GenHK) afloat and thus needs to pump in.

Furthermore, this is already old news, GenHK condition has improved from Sept 2020 time frame.
For somebody with multi-million cash to invest, able to subscribe to exclusive shareholdings of some private placement, and doesn't know this is... rather lame.
