Geez common sense guys, if the re-rating of debt is due to expansionary efforts, that's not entirely a bad news, depends on your risk appetite. Some investors do prefer higher gearing for future prospects.
However, if the downgrade was due to lower revenue but same debt level then that is indeed bad, which isn't the case.
