I'm keeping part of my long term invests here, there's no quick bucks here.
It is unlikely for a goliath like G to collapse. Dividend yields are acceptable. Tourism industry won't die forever. G have shown some success in diversification and I like the changes I've seen over the years.
Worst point that is hard to swallow is they keep saving their own ass.

I think Casino has lost some market share to online bets over the last decade or two, but decline is not enough to offset the growing market as well as diversifying efforts. Today many families visit Genting without even stepping foot into their casino. My last casino visit was maybe 10 yrs ago lol

Casinos have long evolved to mitigate effect of online bets, ala integrated resort (IR) and such.
Although online bets are said to be "different" it will still hijack the gambling market share, but I believe online bets have limited reach.

Glove entry is definitely non-niche but the main driver would be cost effectiveness for volume.
That said it is currently making huge profits due to virus windfall, which may or may not be sustainable.

Now what are the downsides?

Return of the covid? End of moratorium? US China trade war? Dissolution of EU?
Return of full MCO? BN/PAS win GE? Shift to online casino?
Further decline of worldwide economy? Second round of market correction?
Retailers return to gloves? More pls lol
