the announcement i read again, could it be the company gives those % of shares as interest to the Director & Officer, and that's why the company has to transfer those big volumes to them from the floating share and affected this big drop? Of course they have calculated that much of RM when they allocate into which share price to distribute... Some more, they have to do it before announcing the coming Quarter result, like to have the report show officially the new arrangement in owning power of the company. Can any experience investors here judge my view?

maybe big cash transfer from one person to another / or party. such way of transfer can still say is more legal than the illegal way. or maybe something in global happened. i see some other counters also have big spike drop.
