As much as I like the fact Nvidia is the new partner to YTL Power , YTL Power is still not Nvidia … hence there is no direct co-relationship between these 2 in the price movement until and unless Jensen just buys 0.000001 % of the YTL shares , this gesture would move the price easily by 30% in 1 day .. for now , let’s not talk good or bad about Nvidia … even Nvidia has dropped by 20% last Friday , for those who truly bought the shares just a year ago ,you are still filthy rich !!!! Some “masters “ are truly good story tellers - when YTLP hit more than 1B and 800M profit over the last 2 quarters , they said not sustainable … now 800M+ again , the new storyline is the profit has plateaued! To all these masters , I would like to ask a simple question- don’t say 5 years - if a company can deliver 800M +per quarter , 1.6B profit a year for 2-3 years , can you find such a company on Bursa Malaysia with share price less than RM 4 ?! Just look at Tenaga QR , very likely it might beat Tenaga !

If you know what the shoeties are trying to do today , why don’t you keep buying and pushing the price to 4.30 so they would cry heaven cry hell later !

Nvidia - a quarter revenue is more than US22 B , with 50% as net profit , namely US 10B+ , with even RM 1B per quarter for YTL Power , one quarter of Nvidia is 10 years of YTL power … nothing beats if Nvidia just buys 0.1% of YTL power , it would shake the whole market ..

So Master Kakipower , so what do you think the few days would be Green , Greener or otherwise

My humble view is if this history might not be the best prediction of the future but still can be used as a good reference- RM vs Singapore $ or vs USD - using every 5 or 10 years as a benchmark, RM Consistently Depreciated against these 2 currencies over the last decade .. it is not us being weak but others being stronger

Couldn’t agree more . Yes , the market sentiment is bad , but which segment of the market ? Those goreng counters with poor quarterly results but shares price could hit more than RM 3 , RM 5 and even RM 20+ above , I would suggest to cash out funds from those con counters and channel into YTL/YTLP so you can recover your loss

Ted , we all love to see that…fox’s initial want was to take over silterra directly but they lost the bid to Dnex..buying Interest in Dnex came in as 2nd option…to give the contract to Silterra thru Dnex when you dont have the direct ownership and mgt control would be another testing ground for confidence in the capability …

Otherwise we are living in a self-indulged and feel-good state where nothing actually happens between Foxconn and dnex

The proof of pudding in always in the eating…all it takes is just an announcement from Dnex that they are rewarded a contract worth x00M from foxconn….once this is out, the motion would be set

With all these EV Talks , yet there is no clear indication how would this EV benefit Dnex, all are just hopeful they would pass the contract to Silterra just because Foxconn has a small investment in Dnex..kind of wishful thinking ah although i like to see that happen
