For sure result of megb wont be good. Acquisition just done one month back. We will only see the result in next few quarters... Sale and lease of the megb's property will generate cash enough for future operating expenses and planning... So dont be influenced by the current result.. anyway smrt still has management fee from megb with min of rm 125k per month.. Thus have faith and wait a few quarter...

What i see in acquisition of MEGB is a super good deal - u wont get this price if the company is doing well.. In education sector - Management skill is the biggest challenge and always the main core. I believe with collaboration of SMRT and creador will turn out to be a good one.. Plus smrt get paid with the service... i think we will be surprised who's the PP holder... Anyway , let's sit tight and enjoy the show....
