nobody knows dude. A claim by one fella here that they are submitting a request for postponement is still in question. But given the announcement made by DPS in bursa earlier, they trust the appeal by the insurance party will be dismissed:

The solicitors acting for SSB are of the opinion that, based on the numerous rulings made by the
Court on admission of documents and the testimonies of witnesses and experts from SSB and MSIG, SSB has a reasonably fair chance of success in dismissing MSIG's appeal against the Judgment.
