Look at EPF, just sapu another 2M. Confident with mgmt. team, cos they always honor their words, no pusing2 like JibGor. If it is on uptrend, some just enjoy the fun of hopping onto the bandwagon.

Never trust the rumours or hearsay, but personally for a DY of > 5% and given my avg price, with big cap confidence, m not afraid to hold this for long term, somemore fundamental is still good.

about 8.9, cos 8-9 yrs ago oso poor like hell, only managed to buy abit only. Still recalled las time it was 1 split into 2 but that time just started invest dono anything just anyhow buy. N lucky bcos dono, never sell n just leave it there until 2016 Nov begin to invest. Can say the Div is good.

Guy2017 is absolutely right, but good advice people won't appreciate. Some people want fast money, and that is why the cycle keep on repeating, cos we oways make mistakes especially in stock market. We just wait patiently and reap the fruits.

M jus a small long term investor, bought it in 2008 leave it there for years holding till now, just bought some again last year n recently, full confident. From 8.8 drop to 7, the most is paper lost Rm1800 if you hold 1000 units. But I wont buy that much while averaging down, so probably 2-300, the risk of margin is lesser.

Rm8.2 is a very good entry point, don sell else later u regret...if it go down further, ur margin of safety is still very high. If it go up, then u wont lose too much in topping more units also.

SGReit is indeed much much better option than MReit. anyhow buy oso got avg 6% DY,more stable. YTLReit also same, one year ago bought at 1.1 bad entry point, subsequent 1.2 n 1.16 oso bad entry, but stretch over longer time, Div can cover the lost alr. To think deeper, hey bad market sentiment but it only fall a little to 1.08 at worst, so quite stable.

Haiya, not need to worry la, their houses got high take up rate previously way before HSR. Even though is cancelled, but just shortwhile effect only, people will still buy the houses there, simply bcos it is cheap and affordable, somemo is a mature township. Lagipun, HSR ada benefit sama residents there meh, unless speculator who just buy in order to sell high.

IMHO, long master lease provides certain guarantee income at least for few more years, since now is already new low your DY is higher. Collecting Rents is a stable income, unless tenants all move out, but is it rational the hotels all pull out suddenly? Market not good, ppl still travel in n out. But I must admit, share price doesn't move much which to me is a good chance to accumulate while waiting for its lucrative dividends.
