Kilang Sistem Binaan Berindustri (IBS) milik pihak Lembaga Pembangunan Dan Lindungan Tanah (LCDA) CTR Technology Sdn. Bhd. mampu mempercepatkan projek perumahan terutamanya kawasan luar bandar di Sarawak.

Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Zohari menambah, sistem IBS merupakan kaedah yang mesra alam selaras dengan kehendak alam sekitar sekaligus menghasilkan rumah yang berkualiti.

Beliau menambah lagi , salah satu projek perumahan campuran di Jalan Depo, Samariang dan skim pembesaran kampung luar bandar di Kabong dan Asajaya akan menggunakan sistem IBS tersebut.
