maybe petron malaysia will perform better than expect due to lower interest expense compare with petron coporation.

I notice that the interest expense of petron corporation is increased but I think interest expenses will less effect to petron malaysia because petron malaysia debts is denominated at RM and interest rate is lower.

The inventory written down is non cash item and will cause next QR cost of goods sold become lower...

From the cash flow statement of last QR, hengyuan operating profit before working capital change hit RM325million in single Quarter.

From cashflow statement we can found that both hengyuan and petronm already start making big profit...

Hengyuan payable and borrowing RM4.7b denominated in US Dollar.

This Quarter US dollar strenthen from 4.2 to 4.4, how much foreign exchange loss hengyuan going to loss?

i believe next few month the share price of petronm will perform better than hengyuan.

I'm keep buying petronm this few day and i'm not going to buy any hengyuan share, the reason is-

1) Petronm financial result more consistent compare with hengyuan.
2) Petronm got dividend.
3) hengyuan payable and borrowing total RM4.7b denominated in US Dollar and Usd/Rm strengthen from 4.2 to 4.4. So i predict a very huge foreign exchange loss will affect the profit of hengyuan next QR
