The bonus issue is positive for the company. They are trying to bring the price down to encourage participation and increase the pool of shares that are avaiable for trading.

I just flew from Sydney to Singapore yesterday and I started to pay attention to the LED light used in the plane. There are quite a few LED lights in a plane. The margin for the plane LED is expected to be very high as I was involved in the airline business some years back. I would expect it to be the same. The trick is getting the contracts. I do not think the company would blindly go into it without doing some research and knowing that they can compete in that area.

Normally if nothing adverse after UMA the share will resume its upward trend. I expect them to say that they have nothing to report. So long as the coming Q EPS is 6 to 7c the share price will fly again.

I bought more last night when the market close. Time will tell

I doubt very much that it will go below $3.60 based on the volumn and the way it was push up to. I tend to agree with James that the share price will propel towards $5.

@sifu Venfx I started to accumulate JCY at 61c yesterday

James you are not too far out. If last Q earning come in at 7cps, It is very likely that it will head to $5.04 based on EPS of 28cps and PE of 18. If JHM continue to grow the way it did last 5 Q then obviously $7 is possible.

@Sifu VenFx check out JCY. I suspect it has turn the conner based on last Q results. If the result for latest Q come in the same the share price will run.

This share has always been too cheap. It is catching up and its not behaving that way without a reason.

I suspect 1st Q results must be good. If it come in at 6cps the share price might head straight to $4.32 or higher.

I believe 70% of the shares are held by major shareholders meaning that only 30% are available on the market. With the company out performing quarter after quarter with an aim to list on the main board, I am confidents that JHM will out perform again this year.

Keep accumulating. If the profit for next Q maintain or higher than last Q it is likely to head north of $3.60 based on EPS of 20 to 24 c

as it keep ourperforming my forecast. Now I am accumulationg Johotin. It is another counter that has been out performing my own forecast. With the release of NZ milk powder in 2017 I expect it to outperform again.

This is an amazing company that is growing at quite a fast pace. It certainly have a story to tell. before long JHM will be on the Main Board. Thanks to sifu Venfx. Just added 30k to my portfolio this morning

Some short term buyers iare unloading these two days. I could see the support there this morning. I would keep accumulate on weakness. My conservative forecast based on PE 15 value this share at $3.60. 9 months ago I value this share at $2.20. The last three Q results have all exceeded my forecast. I expect the same to happen this time.

The latest quarter result shows that Johotin can maintain its margin under the current environment. With their NZ milk product coming on line this year, I am expecting the revenue to increase and margin maintain. Some of you are worry about the dilution. Assuming that all warrant were converted today the NTA would be $1.46 and the EPS would be 14.72 assuming no grow in revenue. Bear in mind that the $52m injected into the company from the conversion of warrant will reduce their cost of loan and depending on what the company spend the money on, it might increase efficiency and productivity of the company. Foundamentally, I believe it is still far too cheap. I would continue to accumulate on weakness with a TP of $2.00

NTA $1.74 with PE=5.09 is far to cheap. Accumulate on weakness. Assuming conservatively 2017 earning of 22c @ PE of 10 the TP would be $2.20. I would continue to accumulate on weakness.

As such I am unable to accurately forecast its 2017/18 years results.

Fundamentally JHM should trade at forecast PE of 15 to 22 as it is a growth stock. On this basis the TP would be $2.25 - $3.30. In June I forecast that JHM would hit $2 by mid January. Look like its on its way. As JHM is in export business, the lower exchange rate would favour JHM. The risk however, is the order from US and the imminent Trump's import protection policy. Unlike last year, JHM did not disclosed its order from overseas for 2017/18 year.

The latest results should be reasonably good after the provision for redundancy otherwise they would not declare a dividend.

It's ok those are profit taking. I am increasing my holdings.

Result will be out next week. Expect at least EPS of 4c or more.

Take care bro. From fundamental point of view this counter should be trading at 12 x forecast PE ie no more than $1.03 assuming that Dec 2016 profit will be in the region of $23m. I suspect no more dividend for this financial year given that it need $50m to reinvest into automated processing system this year to enable production to begin in the second quarter of next year. The market seems to have gone ahead of itself and price the share well alhead of it Dec 2017 profit.

If what the CEO said about the sensors shipment and the laser headlamp is true and correct the bottomline will improve in the first half of next year. As the CEO did not disclose the margin and the order they have receive, there is a risk that the company might not be able to achieve $70m bottomline next year.

@Cytew How did you work that out? From Technical point of view? From Fundamental point of view the forecast EPS for the year ending 31 Dec 2016 is likely to be in the region of 8 to 8.5 cents. The PE is 44 at the Current market price of $3.76. It means that the current maket price is well over price especially, when you considered that the NTA is only $1,01. It appears that everyone is buying on the assumption that the profit will return to $65 to $70m in the very near future.

The reduction in short term loans and inventory couple with increase in cash has strenghten the balance sheet somewhat. Although there will be some challenges ahead in term of steel prices, I believe the strengthening of its balance sheet will help it cushion any down turn in demand.
