Might be better to switch to Astino. The result is good. You have better chance of upside. Balance sheet is much stronger than last year with a huge reduction in short term loan and inventory. The PE of 7.3 is too low in comparison to the like of Mycron which has a PE of just over 10 and Melewar with a PE of 8.5.

PE of 7.3 is low. I would expect it to trade at PE of 10 at least in view of its asset backing of 1.11.
There is potential upgrade to this countered. Hang on.. hopefully the fund manager will start to accumulate.

It's good that the company take action now. I think the market might have over reacted. The over reaction is probably cause by the company not making the annoucement first. As a CFO of listed Company for a numbers of years, I would have made an annoucement to the market first and let the market know what the impact is on the bottomline for the current financial year. I think their CFO and communication manager need to be sacked too.

The fact that Dufu has been buying its own shares meaning that the share is too cheap and that they have sufficient cash flow to fund the purchases. The dividend distribution give the investors further confident that the company will be performing well. Foreign fund manager would only buy in after they have done their home work. Lets wait and see..

The next uptrend is likely to be afer the next result annoucement. According to my frecast, I suspect some of the revenue was help back from the last quarter. I am expecting a much better result in the up coming quarterly result annoucement. Hopefully the market would upgrade this counter immediately after the release of next Q results. The volumn traded this morning already exceeded last Thursday's volumn. Fundamentally this counter is trading at a forecast PE of 6.95. It has as asset backing of 1.08 and resume dividend distribution last year. The profit for the last three quarters were $21.9m compared to $19.8m last year, $2.1m favourable against same period last year. The margin appears to be increasing. I expect this counter to be upgraded to a PE of 11 ie TP of $1.21 in a very near future especially if the Q4 EPS is above 3..5c.

Be patience. The fact that it keep staying around $1.28 to $1.30 meaning that it is well supported. I believe some the next Q results would be much better and will trigger an upgrade to the share price.

My forecast profit for 2016/17 for JHM has been upgraded to $15.5m to $16.5m assuming no surprises. Their ambition to achieve $20m profit could be easily achieved in 2017/18 year if their LED business continue to grow at the existing rate.

Excellent result. The improvement in margin is a plus. The result was well above my expectation. Those short term traders are taking profit for now. I suggest medium term investors to take the opportunity to accumulate. This counter should be trading at a PE of 15 to 18 given it's consistent growth in revenue and margin over the last six quarters.

@ everise. There is always a reason for pushing down the share price of a company. For example when I was the CFO of an overseas property company, a shareholder who is famous for asset stripping tried and failed to get on the Board. And so what he did was he sold his holding pushing the shares price down. The buyer was his son and then his son sell it back to him at even lower prices thereby making the market panic. He then collect more shares and then he give notice that he wanted to takeover the company if he is not on the Board. I remember this case very well because it spoil my family holiday as I ended up spending my holiday dealing with the possible takeover while I was overseas. In Evergrn case, it is possible that one of the major shareholder trying to get the company cheap. You can see that the share is trading well below asset backing. If I am the CFO I would probably be instructed by the major share holders to privatise the company.

The investment bank report are based on fundamental. I agreed with their call. But this counters seems to be manipulated. If no surprises behind this fall, the price will recover soon.

@Samsiro don't just rely on what I wrote. Do your own research as well. Bursa market is very volatile and subject to a lot of manipulation by syndicate. Being an accountant, I tend to lean towards fundamental but also keep an eyes on market and trend. When the market head south, most shares will head south regardless of fundamental. Set a stop loss and cut losses whenever possible to make sure that you do not lose too much of your capital.

Oil prices heading south and the strengthening of US Dollars will have a positive impact on Evergrn's bottom line.

I could not find any news related to Evergrn. On that basis I see no reason why the share price drop other than some technical traders pushing it down which result in panic selling.

The latest statistic release in US shows that the new home sale is the highest ever for the last 8.5 years. There is also a building boom in Australia and NZ. Hopefully the revenue and profit increase in Q4 follow by a dividend distribution

You are absolutely right, iloveshare128. Q2 has more working days and I expect the increase in revenue will make up for it. I expect revenue to be in the region of $260m with a profit of b/w $23m to $26m.

The latest US statistic release shows that the new home sale in US is the highest ever in 8.5 years. There is also a housing boom in Australia and NZ. I suspect the upcoming Q results would be close to $25m.
