Moving average is on uptrend now, strong buyers in charge now!! Probably will continue another few days before price correction.

In term of fundamental, 2nd year of the depreciation (another 3 years depreciation to go). Media chinese is making money but losing money at 4th quarter consecutively due to depreciation. Company with rich cash on hand, probably management is looking opportunity to transform media business during recession period. Looking forward!!!

1. downtrend TA (weekly and daily), I assume price may go lower 90 cents as long as quarter report yet to release (as buyers fret about company earnings ability).
2. macro isn't good in short-term due to the reduction cost from government project (LRT & MRT). Although company reassures shareholders that these project won't affect its profitability which need time to justify its statement.
3. However, Gkent is fundamentally strong (liquidity, debt control and continue profit from 2007 until today etc). Company focuses on meter and engineering (infrastructure and construction) businesses.

Personally think that infrastructure business is a must to grow country. With Gkent started its (LRT & MRT) construction, these experiences will benefit company expansion in the future!

not a good stock to buy although the dividend yield is attractive. better to avoid this property stock, I have been holding this stock since 2013, price of this stock keep on decreasing even the earnings were good last few years. I have no idea what's going with this company's management team.
