Refers above, the increase in cash was mainly due to proceed from disposal of financial asset of RM 210 Million, please refer to the cashflow statement for the details, all in all there is no increase in NTA of the company, so the increase in cash as a result of the company allocation of assets from less liquid to more liquid type.

It was once a tech company with the name of Megan Media Holding Berhad, a favour to many value investor for its consistent profit reported, but unrealized the other side of the account when profit was reported; also the non cash assets was slowly building up, and the rest is just history......so it is important not only tracking the profit growth of the company but also to identify what drives the company profit up, if it is in cash where the amount is be able to be verified by auditor in much straight forward manner, the risk of written off will be kept minimum; otherwise the rest of the assets items are difficult to determine their real value, this is because valuation of asset will associate with subjectivity and arbitrary judgement, so do take note

the above comment is not advocating for buy or sells of any share, but just my sharing of some observation of some once bullish company but finally went burst

NTA does count if the company were to be privatized, for company like KESM with some 80% of the shareholding held by 30 largest shareholders, not as difficult if there is plan to privatize it though, but for the share price to fare better in future, more interesting question be how well does company stand in the field of burn in n testing of chips that apply on car industry especially on self drive car.

Due to the liability issue be difficult to determined, for the party to be answerable shall any accident happen; I doubt the unmanned vehicle with self driven system be allowed on the road, in the near future; however I expect more safety and manoeuver features to be added into the vehicles on the road for safety enhancement, so that the casualty caused from road accident be significantly reduced. I expected this is an area KSEM also involved too, I invested in KESM shares, of course I hope company is heading to right path for future growth where it could clinch a big chunk of these untapped market for being leading in this field as it has always been focusing on

FY 2014 Profit is 66% post acquisition profit but FY 2015 and beyond should be post acquisition 100% profit of the acquired subsidiary, so when making use of FY 2014 profit for forecast, should take into the additional 34 % post acquisition profit in subsequent years
