Think the principal owner is counting days to hand over to the sons/doter... any idea how old is he? for him to be remembered, be kind to give appropriate rewards to the minorities, the family wealth is so much that it wont cause them to bleed or starving...

The remaining assets seems to carry quite substantial in value. For that reason, the regulator must ensure these assets are not siphoned or disappear into thin by the majority shareholders and/or senior management staff. The minority interests shall have to be preserved that any assets disposal must be ring fenced or placed in an escrow account to be operated by independent outfit(s)..failing which our investment is as good as 'write off'...

Price hovering btwn 1.58 and 1.61 over these few days. Wud a special dividend forthcoming....

the mother share finally inches up over these few days....a major announcement is in the pipeline, I guess ????

The prospect for growth for this sector is promising, but the management seems to be a little complacent 'makan gaji buta'.....am a bit skeptical with this proposed rights issues though they offer free warrants as sweetener....

Let us (small retail) play by the ear. The minority (with largest shareholdings) may have a way out to give a new lease of life, perhaps injecting his/her own outfit into Abric......
