Hold on to it as it is turning around and undervalued. Once the public start noticing it, there will be a spike up in price. Not many long term investor will sell.

Cashflow has improved tremendously. I am not an expert in financials, but at least able to interpret some figures.
From the FY2013, the year which they detach the loss making steel manu business, operating profits is positive +9mil.
Cash and cash equivalent improved to 10.6mil at end year from 3.7mil earlier year. Small debt around 2mil, same as prev yr.

EPS for 1H current FY2014 is 4.38cents, and looks already stabilized without the loss making steel manu business.
Assumption, if maintain for the whole FY, shd be at least 8cents
Current price 56cents, PE will be 7
Lots of room to move up still, even more if EPS increases.
Cant expect a stable business to have PE less than 5

There may be ups and downs in the revenue due to problems in different parts of the world, but Wellcal still delivers decent result, this shows the business is resilent.
With the expanded capacity, revenue will increase.

Past years results were not good for Superlon. Rather than of the view that its the result of poor management, I thought they were OK as they do think of diversifying into a related business and active in increasing top line, this failed, and management has taken action to let go its steel manufacturing business.

FT, got to learn from you guys how to make more $$$ using short term methods, I don't mean those intra day trading, but hold for a short term till have some gains, for these I have asianpac and sbc.

At this very moment, Dow futures up only 4 pts, don't seem encouraging tonite.

Its not overvalued presently and will be undervalued forward if the price drops, more will pick it up than those dropping it. Maybe the very few going against the downtrend come Monday

Fundamentally, Homeritz is good. The prospects and conditions for its business are looking good too though the share price might be affected by current market conditions. Dows drop could be due to tapering, less printed money for Wall Street, but that also mean US economy is stronger which means Homes business will be good going forward

EGM on split/bonus on 18Feb, circular sent out to shareholders. Think this exercise will be completed 1Q. Long term shareholders may want to accumulate more.

Sephs workout. Still a good bet. If theres a chance to take up at a lower price, why not?

All being said, seems right. Just harsh reality, dowj last close will no doubt have an effect. Having a glass half empty seems a good choice since can add more. If we can always maintain this stance, we are always ready for any eventualities, do you guys agree?

No one knows. SBC 1.40 down 20% will be ard 1.12. Will it drop and drop this much?

It should be able to hold ard this level, considering the current mkt condition, chances of shooting is slim. hang tight or just drop it and move on.
