d DOW at 12xxx.. 14xxx... 16xxx is trading at PE of abt 12X.. 14X.. 16X respectively.....


vis a vis its history.... PE at 12X is cheap... PE at 14X is fair... PE at 16X is expensive...


DOW at 16xxx..... d extra 2xxx points.... is being supported by d QE... n expectation of fabulous corporate results...


whn d QE is taken away... n corporate results sux... as lots of USA cos r making their profits all over d world now.....n all over d world is not exactly pretty at d moment..... a drop of 2xxx points???

My portfolio drops more than 3 % today though I have prepared for this since beginning of the year by holding 50% cash. It is a bit unexpected as most of my remaining stocks are money making counters with EPS around 7 or below. Anyway I didn't make any purchase today as I would like to see how DOW performs tonight.

US futures currently neutral. hehe, this pullback is healthy. Weed out the contra players. It happens every now and then. If you're lucky, you would have entered on the dip today.
If you're extra lucky, tomorrow will drop more and you can purchase more at discount.

DOW may not crash for the time being but I expect a deep correction , can be more than 5%. and BURSA will definitely be effected.

Tis correction is overdue... everyone is expecting it... no... waiting for it .. n hv put up a PLAN..... ie sell sell sell before d rest...... so selling may not stop for a while... as plans r put in motion...

Be careful ,watch DOW performance, If the correction is too deep it may lead to a crash as the margin debt is at it all time high.
