First Posting: My friends PE is 40.69x FYE June 2013 earnings! it is high
Assumption: PE of 20x; based on EPS CAGR of *20%p.a (*high, but ok, EPS 2013 5.80c )over the next 3 yrs.
Result: I only see a price of Rm 2.00 based on FYE 2016 earnings per share. Please correct me here if I am wrong. Thks

I used to play UEMS! The last was Friday during Budget 2013! Sold at 2.60! Now almost all property counters on their lows!

If you open the auction house link that I provided earlier, you will still be able to buy RM30 thousand properties in klang! I know this for years as I use to have lawyer friend who pushing me to buy tons of auction properties lying on his desk! Back in 2005, you can even buy prime single storey house in Kuala Lumpur for only RM100 thousand! And to think that so many are buying half a million condo a size of my parking space! Recently MySikap hit a snag which some attribute to software problem! But on closer look, it was due to overwhelming response of public to this software by Myeg! So the growth of streams as public becoming more and more rely on online transaction will only increase growth expontially! I am looking at conservative 7.40c for 2013! Of course this will only appear a year later the reason why most amateur who rely on PE valuation will always get it wrong! So good luck bottom fishing MYEG on this major correction! My lowest is Rm2.20 but trustme confident of getting 2.16! However, margin of profit 40 cents is more that attractive once market resume some degree of confidence!
