Whereas for Titijaya, it’s still trading at big discount of its NTA of 0.86. Don’t forget, 0.86 is only Titijaya property business at book value. Market value of those land bank and assets could be higher. Also, we haven’t include the business prospect that Titijaya will be diversifying into.

Titijaya likely to limit up again once market players realise how great Titijaya business prospect are!

According to DG and PM, Malaysia is eyeing to be the vaccine distribution hub for South East Asia, Titijaya will be the best candidate as Titijaya has the proper agreement (NOT MOU) with Sinopharm to develop business in the marketing and sales, trading and supply of medical and hospital equipment and products and medical industry related real estate....

The key words are “develop business in the marketing and sales, trading and supply of medical and hospital equipment and PRODUCTS and MEDICAL INDUSTRY RELATED REAL ESTATE.”

Don’t forget Titijaya’s partner is SINOPHARM, mega size state-owned pharma from China. Do you think Titijaya is interested to sell Sinopharm produced Panadol or medicine for Diarrhea in Malaysia? Hahaha

The answer is clear, we believe what Titijaya is interested in is Sinopharm Covid19 VACCINE, which is already in phase 3 and being tested at final stage in China, Middle East, Brazil, etc. But the key word ‘Covid19 Vaccine’ cannot be included in the agreement because the vaccine has not been final approved as we speak. Final approval will come matter of time.

Just be patience for the business proposal to be approved by the board and then Titijaya may limit up again

Mamatede, fact is Titijaya has a proper agreement with Sinopharm, not Pharma and DPharma.

So, Pharma and DPharma probably have to get the vaccine from Titijaya haha

With such great business prospect, Titijaya is unfairly priced at below RM1.00 per share.

It’s good to see some price consolidation today and I believe most short term position has been cleared and we are ready for next leg up soon.

I hope KNM can breach RM1 this time

UMA or not, Titijaya fundamentals remain rock solid and Titijaya business partnership with Sinopharm is already happening and we just need to be patience for more details to be released. But we do see smart money flowing into the biggest Vaccine GEM Titijaya.

Based on the announcement, Sinopharm just got their approval on 5 Aug 2020, so it make sense for Titijaya to only start rallying last 2 days.

Someone was asking why Titijaya didn’t include vaccine in their business agreement with Sinopharm back in April Bursa announcement.

The answer is simple. It’s because there was no approval on Sinopharm vaccine back in April. But now we are in August 2020, the Covid19 Vaccine from Sinopharm is in final stage and have obtain approval on their vaccine production line from China government. It’s matter of time for Titijaya to come out and say vaccine is included too.

Titijaya is Sinopharm business partner in Malaysia and Malaysia government has already informed us that Malaysia will be the vaccine hub for South East Asia capitalising on China’s medical advancement.

Titijaya has plenty of landbank in Malaysia for the development of such medical hub and for vaccine distribution purposes.

Titijaya as the business partner of Sinopharm in Malaysia, they will be the biggest beneficiary of this mega development.

Some even question how fast can the hub be built. Not to forget with today’s technology advancement, China is able to build 2 hospitals within 10-12 days. Hence, under such urgency, I supppse there will be fast track approval on the construction of the hub in Malaysia too.

Titijaya is already undervalued if purely based on its NTA of 0.86. Now they are diversifying their business into medical field. With Tan Sri Lim network within the region, it’s definitely a big bargain to buy Titijaya at 0.46. If everything materialise, Titijaya should be priced much much higher than its current market price. Some say above RM3! Haha. We wish it’s true too.
