（吉隆坡9日讯）大红花石油（HIBISCS，5199，主板工业产品股）建议以5送1比例，送出最多3亿1764万5744张免费凭单。

大红花石油向交易所报备，假设凭单的行使价为每张94仙，若股东全数行使，日后将能筹得约2亿9859万令吉。

该公司表示，收益将用来扩充业务及作为资本开销、偿还贷款及应付未来的营运资本，包括支付贸易及应付账款、员工成本和企业开销等。

董事部想要通过送出凭单来奖励股东的支持，让他们在无需涉及任何成本的情况下，提升在大红花石油的参与率。

此外，送出凭单也有助于公司强化资本规模和市值。

如无意外，这可在明年上半年完成。

Q3 profit is for sure. but how much is the profit ? if u are following Palette, u will notice a lot of Russia contract and delivery done between 1st of jun to 30st sept, with 40% profit margin, we can expect another record high revenue and profit. with good result , the price can climb to 70 cents easily.
