I have a point of view, if this deal not done then this company not worth to hold because if not wrong his biggest shareholder (founder also) sunddenly leave the board and sold out his share. So, i hope this deal can be done, then get ang pao from it.

Actuaaly, big boss disposal the Fast growing bussiness means he don't want business liao he want carry back the notes and enjoy the life... No more fundamental, and don't need to think fundamental anymore.

Fundamental is nt so critical in ths case because ppl focus on the offer and i personally think the offer price is attractive Rm120 millions can buy all company not only one divsion. Anyway, if everthing success depend on Major shareholder to annouce any capital refund or special dividend for minor shareholders. sometime very fast, sometime take a year, some time don't give investor also possible. Hope big boss are genoreous ppl!!!

4thQ12 vs 4th11 the revenue and PBT show slow down. Search & advertising show strong growth but IT division show retreat!!! All this informatin and figure can get from bursa annoucement so not retype.

Unless, u r insider if not how can know such news? The quarter report show its busines slow down actully 28Feb, the offer annoucement come on 1 march after market close frm bursa annoucement.

Report is historical data for us to know the comapny "pattern", some time we need some anticipation for us to better know than others to turn the opportuity into our wealth!!! Things no right or wrong because every action u do then u would get the reward or merit!!!

My political issue refers to the securities investment ( we don't know the fund invest in local or foreign market), if invested major in the local market then the election sure more or less effect the performance. The constrution business i don't think it would be impact much by political issues because have same view like u. Anyway, like to meet the mature and smart investor like u. Any other, good counters to share? I like Jobstreet, Willow, Csccenic, Innity. How ab u?

From my observation, year 2011, PTARAS alsmost get the project award everymonth, but since last year, only 2 projects (if not mistaken). So this 2 years, revenue may go to peak and then slowdown unless this year can get back many projects award again. I think that since it can invest so much in share market why not declare special dividend to its shareholders... There is a risk, if Its Major shareholder want to privatise it with not reasonable price we also no point... Anyway, it is a good company base on historical management philosophy

PTARAS, a good company,,, make a lots before know it since 2010, hold 3 years, good dividend yield, healthy cash flow, a lots projects in hand. Sold due to projects decrease, not more construction company but share investment company (afraid of political issue), valuation relative higher. Anyway, like to look for good valuation penny stock to invest. Anything can change change opinion but don't scold me, I want to become sharper in share investment and accumulate the wealth but not cari gaduh...

Hi, i m a small shareholder of PTARAS since year ago. I was satisfied with it operation and dividend yield. But its lattest Quartery report make me shock because of making a RM million ++ loss with a handsome revenue. It has never happened before this. Anybody can tell me what is going on? Moreover, PTARAS invested a big sum of money in capital market. Who actually operating the investment? Directors? Employing profesional team? Outsourcing profesional investment company?
