The Board of Directors of JHM (“Board”) is pleased to announce that its 52% owned subsidiary, JHM Dekai Auto Lighting Sdn. Bhd. had secured contracts from Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Sdn. Bhd. (“Proton”) for the supply of parts for specific Proton car models to Proton (“Contract”).

(i) The supply of parts is expected to commence in the late third quarter of the financial year ending 31 December 2025 and will continue for a duration of five (5) years; and

(ii) The total estimated value of the Contract is approximately RM300 million for the abovementioned duration.

布城29日訊）內陸稅收局電子發票MyInvois網站已開放使用，用於發出及提交電子發票。

稅收局文告指出，開通MyInvois網站證明該局致力確保電子發票順利實施，特別是對於從8月1日起強制使用電子發票的首階段納稅人。
