I wonder how trader or investors set, estimate, determine the share value of a Company? based on what? QR results, Asset value, 5 year vision, Management Team, etc.. can anyone realy estimate hibiscus share real value ??

Perisai can generate 16 milion ringgit net profit per QR with current asset. without 102 & 103 riggs expenses.. I guess perisai is better off without these two rigs..

still got one month to present its restructuring plan. looking good, lets wait and see on 5 October 2017..

Yesterday Monday, labour day in US, oil price start to move up now signaling uptrend taking into account the US refinery shut down and startup as well as teh geo political effect on North korea...July 7 August 2017 oil price average is Higher then previous QR, lets see Sept how does it goes..

latest Qr report show that Hibsicus did reduce again the production cost to about 13 USD/barrels, with the current brent oil price above 52 USD, Hibsicus Anasuria production remain profitable especially that the production rate is also getting higher and higher. Hibiscus share price should be at least 0.55 by now without counting Sabah aquisition.. TP 1.15 RM with Sabah..

I see, hibiscus did not move alot during teh last 4 weeks,, as expected teh QR report show very good results, higher income and higher profit before tax. this was the 5 QR declared profit, I also expect the next QR will be as much as this one or even better. Share price still very attractive to buy now. Just for teh record I am a a long term investor, looking from one year ago hibiscus share have moved up by about 110%...next step is Hibiscus secure Sabah oil field, if done, then Hibsicus share for next year will move up again by at least another 110%... buy now and keep..

Hi Johnfatt,, Vacation was great thanks. I guess so, in good way, the US oil shortage will lead to more supply from Europe (North Sea) where Hibiscus operate.

North Sabah is the turn key for Hibiscus. It should be a done deal by now. lets see how the share will react tomorrow.

this is good for ANZO however now it should translate into share value increase.. there is no such operator, or force selling..

The Company has implemented par value reduction during the financial year to change the par value of ordinary shares from RM0.25 to RM0.10 pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965. Subsequent to the par value reduction exercise, the issued and paid up share capital of the Company has reduced from RM74.04 million to RM29.62 million. The resulting credit arising from the capital reduction was used to reduce the Company’s accumulated losses by RM37.70 million.
Apart from the above capital reduction, the changes in FY 2017 financial position is in line with those increase in operating
activities.

Review of Financial Results and Operating Activities

We had an encouraging year with achievement in significant milestones in the construction projects awarded. During the
year, we have successfully been awarded:
a) RM109.3 million of the Melaka Phase 2 project, this is in addition to the RM153 million Melaka Phase 1 contract that
the Group has won in FY 2016; and
b) RM10.17 million of Hot Spring, Selayang project.
The Board is pleased to announce that the Group has achieved an increase in revenue by 195% to RM11.9 million (FY 2016
: RM6.1 million) and reduced in loss after tax by 56% to RM4.7 million (FY 2016: RM10.8 million).
The improvement in the above financial results is mainly due to construction billings for commencement of Melaka Phase
1 project and lower one off expenses in current year.

the only shareholder who is dumping his share at this price 0.405, is non other than Hibsicus itself, i think hibiscus operator is transfering the share to a private third party.. this is why i see the seller volume is going up recently..is that leagal ? can Hibiscus do that without announcement ? or the previous announcement allow him to do so?

I start to see the light by teh end of teh tunnel..we are comming closer and closer to a rebound.. offcorce the operator will try to scare us first..

look like brent price will surpass 53 USD by tonight..

if he can do it, any otehr operators can do even worth..

It is not an assumption its a fact, this operator must act fast and stop by now as he risk to get another operator collecting at even lower price....

some of you does not want Hibiscus share to be coupled on oil price, but, i think if your business is in producing chicken than you do want to know the market price ??, Hibsicus produce oil so oil price is very important to follow..

Venezualla sanction may add 5 to 7 usd to oil price...

Alex, all these parameter are positive to me, however I am not in insider to confirm that, but it look like all heading to the right track, so i guess for the short or long term Hibisucs will do excelent job.
