CSL PE 1.1 compare with the rest worth the risk. I sold all all MSPORT and move to CSL at same price. Recently also sold Maxwell at 30c bought CSL at 19.5c( x 1.5 time shares). Hope it is right decision.

Technical now looks good, Bollinger band narrow now(means low volatility), RSI trending up to 50, Vol low. Multiple dips to all time low of 19cts but cannot break through so far. Needs the vol to turn bullish otherwise got to wait patiently. See chart:

still puzzled as to why investors sell off @ 19cts. All sale losing $$$ cos it is all time low already!. Last 7Q EPS 29.1cts - div of 3.4cts still got 29.1cts!. Currently selling lower than cumulative 7Q Earnings ? Don't understand - can't some gurus enlighten pl.

For more than 2 wks still can't get a single lot at 19cts! Sell to me n I keep till it lay eggs - haha!

Those who bought at 19cts will be laughing all the way to the bank should the price moves like XDL now. Check up XDL EPS, net cash,NTA, cash call etc. Investing is all abt risk reward, so to take a position one has to be prepared to loss money but the hope is also on the prospective return on investment.

I am in the red on this counter so far and I think most CSL shareholders have paper losses except if one has bought at 19cts and 19.5cts.

Multiple dip to 19cts means a very strong support and I hope I am not caught in a massive sell down by the big boys!. Be brave and take the jump hoping the parachute will open on the way down to save us!

The figures are pretty consistent with other stationery manufacturers e.g Asiafile etc.

Wahaha126: so far very difficult to collect at 19cts. If cannot wait might as well just grab the 19.5cts- plenty!. You already 7kk, I baru 5kk only so need to collect more as I think CSL still better than the rest of China stocks at this price level after much analysis.

Someone is trying to keep CSL price low to collect as much as possible.
Today's transaction : 19cts - 31,300, 19.5cts- 8,532,900, 20cts-265,500. At 3.58pm only 825,400 shares done, from 3.58pm to 5pm 8,003,800 shares done!. I wish I could buy all the 19cts shares. Try tomorrow again at 19cts.

In China anyone caught not paying the tax due has to face severe penalty - possible death sentence!. I trust that whatever tax declared in the audited yearly financial reports has been paid so we should not doubted the tax figures but rather should pay more attention to other accounting fraud like RPT(Related party trasnsactions etc).

SoniaCheah: Regarding the RMB5m tax paid, I think you are referring to page 69 and not 38(just a catalogue). The award given by the People's Government, Putian City, Hanjiang District in Jan. 2012 for being an outstanding major tax payer of RMB3m to RMB5m, probably refers to some form of city tax and not income tax which normally comes under the control of the Chinese government. Do you think the China government will give an award for corporate income tax payment of RMB5m?. Think abt it.

Dear investors, I just cant help but wonder who are the people selling their CSL shares at 0.19cts. If there are anyone out there selling at this level, I would like to know the reason for doing so - possibly to cut loss or a total loss of confidence in china counters.

I think the share consolidating around 0.19 to 0.21. For whole of past week the bears cannot break through 0.19 with 76.5m turnover over last 6 trading days. Reversal may take place once volume picks up otherwise wait for 2014 CNY bull to charge! Good luck to all!.

APM a good share to buy. Making money since bought at RM4.7 plus good div of 62cts. Going to keep for sometime since company is cash rich and APM may declare high div because Tan Chong need the cash for investing in Myammar and Vietnam plant.

I held Maxwell many kk shares. Lots of cash but hold back div. for 2013. Just sold all at 30cts and switch to China Stationery Ltd - got a good deal at 19.5cts/share. Better financials and potential div. coming. EPS also better. wish me luck!

Thanks for all the input. I am a late entrant to CSL so I am collecting for medium term at a lower avg.cost. The fundamental looks very good - actually too good to be true, but... what if CSL starts to give good div. in future? and the co. financials are sound. Ponder over it.

On div. payout for 2014, I got a gut feel that there will be only 1 div. payment/yr based on past 2012 & 2013.

To all the Sifu : Does anyone knows who are the owners of the blocks of shares listed under a special investment co. called "EXEMPT AN for ..." ??.A substantial amount - 23.37%. I was told by my broker that the info can only be revealed if a shareholder request Bursa for this info. - most of those listed are held under Kenanga Nominees.

warrior: I agree with you and I am a contrarian. How much can I lose at 19cts?. Even Perwaja Hldgs now a PN17 counter worth 17cts!. IF CSL share price is manipulated it is only a matter of time the share price will be manipulated upwards by the "big sharks". Hold ... and don't sell. Anyway I pick up another 100k today at 19cts - a calculated risk.

I was watching the transaction this morning - no retail participation at all, as at 12.30pm, only 83 transactions done, vol 7,187,000 done!i.e. =86,590 shares/transaction. Big fish smashing down the share again. Watch out.

Datuk; CSL Dividend Policy - I think a lot of investors don't know that in the listing Prospectus item 2.8 under dividend policy the company will pay from 2012 onwards dividend of not less than 20% from company net profit.!! .Dividend coming . That's why I see an unpolished gem!!. Buy now before it is too late. Boat is leaving soon! hehe . Just bought 500k at 0.205. Don't think can get 0.20 today. Very few units done at 0.20.

CSL has a dividend policy i.e. to pay 20% of company profit to shareholders. For year 2012, interim 1.8cts, final 1.6cts. If they maintain this CSL should be declaring interim div for 3Q13. Has anybody noticed that a new Pelican Independent director now holds 26million shares in CSL? per 2012 annual report.
