For me, I think if Huaan managed to deliver above 8 cents EPS for 2018, its share price should be above 48cents, otherwise not... looking at the steel production cut in China this year, it’s possible for Huaan to deliver, this is my point of view..

As WCT & other construction company’s share drop, will it because increased price of raw materials eg steel bar, etc, which reduced their profitability ahead?

Look back the history in 2006/2007, PE was around 5.5.. but it hit almost 7/8 at one time

Based on annualized EPS FY 17 around 6.55 cents, conservative 5x PE, trading range around RM 0.325.

For Huaan to reach RM 1, I think its EPS for FY 18 got to hit at least 15 - 20 cents, still too early to see it now, but hope it can be there too, cheers.

Not sure 4 & 5 open , got to see the coming Q3 report, but it all depends on coke demand, china policy on steel output control will decide the steel & coke price in next 6 months to 1 year time, no one sure about this...

One of the reason Huaan's share price fluctuate was due to the coming winter season, steel production need to be cut down for pollution reduction purpose, so it affect steel & coke price as well..

Despite reduction, met coal price still hovers around 2370 yuan, relatively high

If company is making money, why they want to choose to be delisted? It's not easy now to get listed in Bursa, with listing, major shareholder will get more funding.. my thought.

Based on EPS 17 around 4-5ct, target price should be around 40-45ct..
